We're a team of financial professionals with access to a huge panel of lenders including some you'll know, and some you won't. We settle a large number of loans with non-major lenders as they typically provide the best deals for consumers and commerical deals alike.
This traditional shift away from major lenders is due to the increased competition in the loan markets as lenders fight to win business.

SENIOR DEBT FUNDING
Extra Financial works with a diverse pool of senior debt funders, including banks, institutional lenders, non-banks and private investors. We can arrange competitive terms for senior debt funding for your commercial investment property, or for residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects.
STRETCHED SENIOR DEBT
Stretched senior debt is a more flexible commercial property finance solution. If you need higher gearing than a traditional funder can offer, we’re ideally placed to source very competitive finance in the market for stretched senior debt for construction projects.
MEZZANINE DEBT FINANCE
We have deep knowledge in this market, working with capital partners to negotiate any sensitivity around acquisition compared with valuation uplift or notional equity. We can also assist with early equity release from a de-risked project and short-term bridging requirements.
RESIDUAL STOCK
Whether commercial, industrial or residential we can assist in the provision of a flexible facility when stock is being sold down, you require longer term funding to hold and rent, or a bridging facility where stock has been sold.
